About Me

My photo

This blog began as a way for friends and family to follow my walk across the US in 2010-2011. Since then it has continued as a venue for me to write down experiences and reflections.

About my photographs

The photographs on this blog were taken with film cameras, mainly Holga and Minolta. I feel that film captures an emotion that digital lacks. Not every post is accompanied by photographs, since being film, it is not always easy to find developers.

I enjoy giving prints away, and I enjoy even more when I can trade an image for more film, or the ability to purchase film. If you see one you like, get in touch with me. You can find my contact info listed below, in the sidebar.

If you feel that you would like to support what you see here, consider giving a donation. Just click the image of Ingrid Bergman and you'll be whisked away to a website which will allow more film to appear in my camera, and a warm and fuzzy feeling to appear in your heart.

You can find a backlog of photographs, including ones not published on my blog, by clicking here. and, yeah, I do that Facebook thing, which has images uploaded to it on a weekly basis.

and thanks!

Click on Ingrid Bergman to buy me tea... or a scone.
